Booking & Cancellation Policy

All simulator sessions at Barley’s Club – Indoor Golf & Social must be reserved in advance through our booking system or directly with staff.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
• Payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the reservation type.
• Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits but cannot be guaranteed.

Simulator sessions are booked by the hour, and time begins at the scheduled reservation time, not when play begins.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and simulator setup.

Late arrivals will not receive extended time, as bookings are scheduled back-to-back.

Session Timing Policy

To allow time for simulator reset and preparation for the next group:

• All simulator sessions will conclude 10 minutes prior to the next scheduled booking time.
• Players must finish their round and exit the hitting area at that time.
• Staff may assist with ending the round if required.

This ensures a smooth transition between groups and allows the simulator to be reset for the next reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Because Barley’s Club has limited simulator availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 24 hours notice

• Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or booking credit.

Less than 24 hours notice

• Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time may be charged 50% of the reservation fee.

No-Shows

• Guests who fail to arrive for their booking will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.

Group Bookings

Groups of 6 or more guests may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Group deposits are:

• Non-refundable within 48 hours of the booking time
• Transferable to another available date with sufficient notice.

Weather Policy

Barley’s Club is an indoor facility, therefore reservations are not cancelled due to weather.

In the event of severe weather affecting travel, management may offer a rescheduling credit at its discretion.

Facility Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Following all simulator safety rules and staff instructions
• Any damage caused to simulator equipment or facility property due to negligence or misuse

Failure to follow facility rules may result in termination of the session without refund.

Management Discretion

Barley’s Club reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to intoxicated or unsafe participants
• Cancel or adjust bookings due to technical issues or maintenance
• Provide booking credit if a simulator malfunction occurs.
